Management Committee Report
Chairman of the Management Committee
The new committee took office following the AGM in March 2007. The key objectives they have agreed on for their first year is to deliver a year of stability and consolidation. They are currently working on a 5 year plan for both the Clubhouse and Greens and hope to gain approval from the members for this in the Autumn 2007.
This is a vital piece of work if continuity is to be achieved year on year and it will be essential to update the plan every year.
