18 holes medal, boys off white tees, girls off red tees (No parents to caddy)
Winners of Telegraph on Gross score for boys and girls
Maximum handicap: Boys 28, Girls 36
Handicap Divisions: 0-10, 11-20, over 20
Presentation at 4pm (approx.)

Completing this form does not guarantee you a place in the Open Scratch Cup, but if there are places available you will be contacted ASAP.
