Ross on Wye Golf Club has a growing Junior Section of some 20+ players and is always encouraging new members to join them, the challenging golf course and excellent practise facilities makes Ross on Wye Golf Club a perfect place to learn, play and develop golf for juniors of any age and ability.
There are regular competitions, coaching and league matches to compete in, as well as hours of social/friendly junior golf during the school holidays.
Junior members are accepted from the age of 10 until they reach the age of 18 (before they move to intermediate categories to play adult golf but still at reduced rates)

The junior organisers ensure there is an active programme of events throughout the year, with both qualifying and fun competitions. Along with the trophy events there are monthly medals and stablefords that will all count towards an order of merit. These take place at weekends during term time and during school holidays and are for juniors of all ages and abilities to participate in.
The junior section has a team that competes in the North Gloucester Junior Alliance - West League managed by Tony Howells.
The team has been very successful in recent years, winning in 2010 and 2011
